The more we approach the spot, the more the doubt settles, are the waves there ? No foam to the horizon, everything is quiet.
The mangrove wakes up, the waves of the boat come lick the mangrove roots, I have the impression to be like a pirate who goes off to explore. The sight of Titou, from Almanarre Beach, who plays the tightrope walker on the boat with his dreadlockss and his red standup paddle at the bow of the boat, consolidates me in this idea.
A white line appears, a shout, and everybody gets up, the boat nearly overturns, we can see a series of waves on the horizon.
A surf session waits for us, easy, perfect waves which climbs gradually on 2 meters, everybody is in the water, just at 7 riders.
2 hours of surfing, of laughs, Céline and Michelle, the two girls, take on the waves, encouraged by Seb, Jérôme, Titou. It’s a real pleasure to surf on these conditions and really difficult to stop.
Then the wind rises little by little, the take off becomes more difficult, the swell gets bigger, Mister Guru did not make a mistake.
